Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

  1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson
  2. Opening: Council Member Schena
  3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from June 25, 2024
  4. Approval of bills for June 24, 2024
  5. Declaration of Conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items
  6. Beaver Canyon Marathon sponsorship – Amy Albrecht
  7. First Tee Utah JR Golf Discussion & Approval – Chanda Gardner
  8. Economic Development Quarterly Update – Jen Wakeland
  9. Risk Assessment Survey discussion and approval
  10. Beautification Grant Award: Julian De Leon (Loaded Burger Improvement)
  11. Honorary citizen discussion and approval
  12. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff
  13. Public Comment:

 

  1. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems.

 

  1. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session.
