By purchasing entrance through Beaver City Pool, or entering through any other program, season or monthly pass, private rental, or by any other means, each person or person(s) agrees to comply with the facility rules as outlined on the facility signs in addition enforced by lifeguards. *All rules and enforcement of rules are for the safety of the patrons and staff.
– Patrons must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.
-5 years old and younger must be withing arms reach of an adult 18 years or older at all times.
– 6-8 must be DIRECTLY supervised by someone 15 & older. (or anyone who is not a strong swimmer)
-Aquatic Diapers, plastic pants, and a swimsuit are required for child 3 and younger, or any individual who does not have bowel control. (Utah State Law Code R-392-302-30-8-C)
-No Peeing in the pool
-Wading pool is for 5 years old and younger
-No roughhousing, pushing, shoving, dunking, or tossing of others.
-No Diving is permitted in depths below 9ft
-No Front flips or back flips are permitted off the side of the deck.
-Do not hang on the basketball rim.
-Diving Blocks are for competition use only.
-You must be able to swim the length of the pool to go past the rope.
-No life jackets are allowed in the deep end.
-Only US Coast Guard Approved flotation devices are allowed during open swim.
-No outside food or drink is permitted in pool area.
-Any Person(s) suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed and will be removed from entering the facility. (Smoking/ Vaping is not allowed anywhere within the facility)
-No Person(s) with a communicable disease, open sore, or infection are allowed in the pool.
*Diving Board Rules
-Any Patron is allowed off the diving board as long as they can swim back to safety without assistance.
-Parents cannot catch their child off the board.
-One Person allowed on the diving board at a time.
-Only one bounce allowed when going off the board.
-Life jackets or any other flotation devices or objects are not allowed off the diving board.
-No hanging on the diving board.
These rules are subject to change at anytime for any reason. All rules and enforcement are for the safety of the patrons. Beaver City Swimming Pool staff are authorized to stop any behavior or activity that they deem unsafe.
