Beaver City Council will hold a Public Meeting October 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Series 2025 Bonds and (b) any potential economic impact that the project to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2025 Bonds may have on the private sector. The Series 2025 Bonds are special limited obligations of the Issuer payable from net revenues of the Issuer’s sewer system (the “System). The Series 2025 Bonds will be issued for the purpose of (a) financing the construction of sewer improvements, including the rehabilitation of lagoon cells, installation of a lift station, aeration equipment, and sewer pipelines, and all related improvements (the “Project”) and (b) paying costs of issuance of the Series 2025 Bonds. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
