NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES 

               Beaver City, a local municipality located in Beaver County, Utah, intends to amend Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses for Electrical, culinary water and sanitary sewer. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Beaver City to amend Impact Fee Facilities Plans for each of the listed services and amend the City’s Impact Fee Analyses. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the City’s service area. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development and/or buy into existing facilities. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the impact fee facilities plans or impact fee analyses. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Beaver City Council hereby gives notice that on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting in the Beaver City Office, 30 West 300 North, to receive comments on the proposed Electrical Impact Fee. Written comments may also be emailed to pattys@beavercityut.gov, mailed to PO Box 271, Beaver, Utah, 84713 or submitted to the City Office at 30 West 300 North, Beaver.

The Beaver City Council hereby gives notice that on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting in the Beaver City Office, 30 West 300 North, to receive comments on the proposed Ordinance to change the regular City Council Meetings to the second and fourth Mondays starting at 4:00 p.m. Written comments may also be emailed to pattys@beavercityut.gov, mailed to PO Box 271, Beaver, Utah, 84713 or submitted to the City Office at 30 West 300 North, Beaver.
