The system was determined to be non-lead by performing a detailed review of

Installation and construction dates
Assessor records
Softwares utilized to manage data and water service connections such as:
ESRI ArcGIS
Excel

BEAVER CITY MUNICIPAL ELECTION FILING INFORMATION

Municipal Election Declaration for Candidacy dates are June 2 through June 6, 2025 at the Beaver City Offices located at 30 West 300 North from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are two Council Member positions and the Mayor that will be available, each for a four (4) year term.

The eligibility requirements in order to run for a Beaver City Municipal office are: (1) Be a United States Citizen at the time of filing. (2) Be a registered voter of the municipality. (3) Be a resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. (4) To not be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.  There is a $30 filing fee to cover the cost of handling the registration and associated costs that must be paid at time of filing.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR 2025

Pursuant to Section 52-4-202(2)(a), Utah Code effective 3/18/2016, Beaver City hereby gives notice that Beaver City Council will hold its regular meetings beginning in January on the following dates in the year 2025:

The Beaver City Council will meet on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at the Beaver City Center, 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah. The Council meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. to conduct public business. Should the regular meeting fall on a holiday, then the City Council Meeting will be held on the next day following that holiday except in July and December when there will be only one council meeting held on the second Monday.

Meetings will be held in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W. 300 N., Beaver, Utah, starting at 4:00 P.M.

Persons or groups wishing to address the City Council must complete and submit an application no less than 7 days prior to the City Council Meeting date by 11:00 a.m. to the Beaver City Recorder.
