NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Beaver City Council will hold A Public Hearing on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 5:45 p.m. or
as soon thereafter as possible, in the Beaver City Office, 30 West 300 North, Beaver, UT to
consider a petition to vacate the subdivision known as Crowther Subdivision, located 885 North
Between 500 East and 650 East. All comments are welcomed. A copy of the proposed Ordinance
is available at the Beaver City Office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Beaver City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 6:00
p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Beaver City Office, 30 West 300 North. The
purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 12
“Subdivision Regulations” of the Beaver City Municipal Code. These amendments are required
by State Law and have been written by the Hansen Group on behalf of Beaver City. A copy of
the proposed Ordinance is available at the Beaver City Office.

Mrs. Jan Barney and Mrs. Connie Fails were honored at Beaver City Council Meeting on October 28, 2024. Mayor Matt Robinson presented these honored citizens with a plaque to formally recognize their years of community service and support, with an Honored Citizen Award. In addition, a name plate engraving of their names and honored citizen will be placed on a special plaque located in the Beaver City Center as further recognition of her contribution to the community.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR 2025

Pursuant to Section 52-4-202(2)(a), Utah Code effective 3/18/2016, Beaver City hereby gives notice that Beaver City Council will hold its regular meetings beginning in January on the following dates in the year 2025:

The Beaver City Council will meet on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at the Beaver City Center, 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah. The Council meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. to conduct public business. Should the regular meeting fall on a holiday, then the City Council Meeting will be held on the next day following that holiday except in July and December when there will be only one council meeting held on the second Monday.

Meetings will be held in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W. 300 N., Beaver, Utah, starting at 4:00 P.M.

Persons or groups wishing to address the City Council must complete and submit an application no less than 7 days prior to the City Council Meeting date by 11:00 a.m. to the Beaver City Recorder.
